State Auditor Joseph DeNucci points to what he says are an ongoing problem with the professionals “ticket-collectors, saying millions in the lottery prize of Massachusetts.An audit released Wednesday found a number of people who repeatedly made hundreds of awards valued at millions of dollars.This apparently allows the real winners to avoid paying taxes by giving a smaller percentage of the collectors.
