E V V Satyanarayana (born 10 June 1956 – expired 21 January 2011) was a critically acclaimed Telugu Indian film director, writer and producer. EVV breathed his last at Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad on 21 st January 2011. He was admitted with throat cancer but died of Cardic arrest.
E V V Satyanarayana started his career with “Chevilo Puvvu”. His next project was a hit movie ‘Prema Khaidhi’. His first movie in comedy genre was “Appula Apparao”. Thereafter he continued comedy genre as his main stream and got many successes. He also directed sentimental movies like “Aame”, “Kanyaadhaanam” apart from commercial movies like “Vaarasudu, “Hello Brother (1999 film)”, “Alluda Majaka”.
