Adult star Carolin Berger aka Cora dies after SIXTH breast enlargement operation

A German porn star, who had hopes of making it into traditional acting, died from complications from her sixth breasts enlargement operation.Twenty-three year old adult star Cora, whose real name was Carolin Berger, had been in a coma for nine days following her breast augmentation surgery to boost her 34F cup to a 34G.
It is alleged that during the surgery, Berger, whose weight was about 106lbs, had been without oxygen for 15 minutes.
