Ishaq Williams Picks Notre Dame, Syracuse Moves On

According to the New York Post, the Ishaq Williams waiting game has concluded and the one school that seemed to have moved to the bottom of the pack ends up with him.Williams was supposed to take an official visit to Penn State this weekend and then make his final decision. That was before he received a visit from Notre Dame defensive coordinator Bob Diaco at 4:30 in the morning.
