HIV positive Airman faces court martial over sex acts

Court-martial proceedings have begun for a US Air Force sergeant who is charged with 10 counts of aggravated assault for having sex without disclosing the fact that he was HIV positive.
Tech Sgt. David Gutierrez, 43, who had been ordered by his squadron commander to inform sexual partners of his HIV status and to use condoms, was also charged with indecent acts for having sex in front of others, as well as nine counts of adultery.
