The unfortunate accident of a horrifying injury forced Tyler Colvin of Chicago Cubs outfielder to hospitalize during a match with Florida Marlins. While running back from third base, Wellington Castillo's bat’s splintered object straight away hit on Colvin’s chest.
The piece of broken away bat struck him on his left, wounding him a bit seriously during the game. Young Colvin was rushed to the hospital. Though the gory incident left no option for young Colvin to be hospitalized, he was lucky enough that the minimum bleeding and few inches away wound helped him to recover early.
