Sandra Shaw, weather woman for WBAL-TV  got her chance to be in the national spotlight Wednesday as a guest co-host on “Live with Regis and Kelly.” She earned the opportunity to co-host the show after beating out 10 other broadcasters in a competition sponsored by Disney.
The high-energy weathercaster held her own sitting next to veteran broadcaster Regis Philbin. “I am ready to go,” she exclaimed as she came out onto the stage. “You look like it,” Philbin responded with emphasis in response to her high intensity. With tremendous stage chemistry the two humorously bantered back and forth like that throughout the show.
