IBM’s 23 analytical related acquisitions worth $12 billion were not noticed much since the giant IBM has marched ahead by purchasing Netezza, a data warehouse and analytical company. Interestingly both kept on working together far a long time. The deal was inked for not less than $1.7 billion. The officials at Netezza already believed that IBM may attempt to fold them away as formers product plateform is based on later’s hardware and  it will be its sources of growth as well. The deal values Netezza at $27 per share.
