Regular-season champion Northern Iowa joined two other Missouri Valley Football Conference teams in the Football Championship Subdivision playoffs, which were announced earlier today.
UNI (7-4) drew Lehigh (9-2) in one of four first-round games in the 20-team field. The game will be played at the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls, Iowa Nov. 27. North Dakota State (7-4), making its first postseason appearance as an FCS school, will host Robert Morris (8-2). Western Illinois (7-4) will play at Coastal Carolina (6-5) in the first round in Conway, S.C.
