It was a hoax by a Justin Bieber fan that unexpectedly took off.
Here’s what happened: The Biebs pranked his fans on Twitter by claiming to have cut his trademark hair for his new girlfriend. The fans wanted to prank him back, and @BieberTeamNY thought it would be funny to tell the teenager singer, who has mentioned his celebrity crush on Beyonce, that she was getting divorced.
