Turkey Recipes With Sweet Potato Casserole To Die For

My turkey recipe is a combination of Emeril’s Brined, Herb Roasted Turkey and Sandra Lee’s Roasted Butter Herb Turkey. I love fresh herbs, but I found, what you don’t tuck under the skin burns, and if you put too much, it is overwhelming. Also use oil as a base then butter so it doesn’t burn.

I used mostly Sandra’s recipe, as I loved everything she did, but I added a bit from Emeril’s using his brine and gravy.
